Joyce A. Maule, 74, of Barbee Lake, Warsaw, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2007, at Lakeland Rehab and Healthcare in Milford. She was born on August 29, 1932, in Richmond, Indiana, to Floyd Smith and Rosemond Smith.
She married Jack Maule on April 4, 1953; he survives.
An area resident since 1976, Joyce came from Louisville, Kentucky. She was a realtor with Pier 13 in North Webster, a Homemaker and previous co-owner of Barbee Hardware Store. Joyce was also a member of the North Webster United Methodist Church and was involved with the Lakeland Kiwanis. She loved birds, golf, and in previous years, making candy for the former Joy-Dot Sweet Shop.
Survivors include her Husband: Jack Maule, her 2 Sons: Jeff Maule of Syracuse and Jon Maule of North Webster, 4 Grandchildren: Jessi, Tyler, William and Chelsea, and 6 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 1 Daughter: Julia Ann Maule.
Services will be held Thursday, March 29, 2007, at 11:00AM at the North Webster United Methodist Church, 7822 E. Epworth Forest Road, North Webster, IN 46555. Burial will be at the North Webster Cemetery, Mock Addition. Friends may call on Wednesday, March 28, 2007, from 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM at the funeral home as well as one hour prior to services at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the North Webster United Methodist Church Building Fund or the Kosciusko County Home Care and Hospice.
