Doris Jean Boocher

Doris Jean Boocher, 60, of Warsaw, passed away Monday, March 26, 2007, at her residence. She was born on June 16, 1946, in Plymouth, to Buel Wheeler and Martha (Hoover) Wheeler.

On March 20, 1970, she married Michael Boocher, he survives.

Doris was born in Plymouth and spent most of her life in Bremen; she moved to Warsaw in 1995. A laborer at Heimbough in Warsaw, she worked as an Industrial Seamstress. She also worked at Gas America and Grovertown Truck Stop as a cook for 20 years. Doris attended Trinity Faith Tabernacle Church in Pierceton, she graduated from LaVille High School in 1965 and was a member of the Eagles.

Survivors include her Husband: Michael Boocher, 4 Sons: Don B. Boocher of Warsaw, James (Kay) Ludwig of Mentone, Scott (Tammy) Boocher of Warsaw, Todd (Amy) Boocher of Morgantown, KY, 2 Sisters: Joanne (Bob) Service of Plymouth, Joy (Wayne) Williams of Syracuse and 1 Brother: David (Cindy) Wheeler of South Bend, 8 Grandchildren: Kayla, Bradley, Travis, Stephanie, Ashley, Tyler, Ian & Brianna and her Father: Buel Wheeler. She was preceded in death by her mother: Martha Wheeler.

Services will be held Thursday, March 29, 2007, at 2:00PM, at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home in Milford. Rev. William Whitaker will officiate. Burial will be at the Oak Wood Cemetery in Warsaw. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8PM on Wednesday, March 28, 2007, and one hour prior to services at the funeral home in Milford.
