Carol R Miller

Carol R. (Marchand) Miller, 64, of Bremen passed away on February 19, 2011 at the University of Chicago Medical Center. Mrs. Miller was born January 25, 1947 in Defiance, Ohio to James and Margaret (Maag) Marchand. Carol married Andrew “Andy” Miller on August 4, 1972, he survives.

Mrs. Miller worked in the office at the Holiday Rambler Travelers Club and was also an extended Kindergarten Teacher for Bremen Schools. She enjoyed gardening, sewing and cooking. She really enjoyed nature and had her own garden fish pond. Carol was a loving mother and loved people for who they were.

Carol is survived by her husband, Andy, of 38 years, a son James Daniel “Dan” (Kim) Miller, Little Rock, AR, her mother and step father, Margaret (Bernard) Hohenberger, Defiance, OH, two brothers, David (Nancy) Marchand, Nashville, IN, Rich Marchand, Delphi, IN and one sister Cindy Hodges, Logansport, IN.

She was preceded by her father, James Marchand.

Funeral service will be 10:00 am on Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at the Bremen Missionary Church and will be officiated by Pastor Gary Hinkle. Burial will be in Bremen Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2:00 to 8:00 pm on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at the Bremen Missionary Church.
