Lyman Junior Frye

Lyman Frye, 83, passed away on Saturday, July 21, 2007, in Lake Wales, Florida. He was born on May 18, 1924, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Lyman C. & Martha (Kumfer) Fry.

On September 8, 1991, he marreid June Winesburg. She survives.

Lyman lived in North Webster for over 40 years, coming from Fort Wayne, and has wintered in Lake Wales for the past 16 years. He retired from Essex Wire in Fort Wayne as a wire enameller and attended the North Webster Church of God, where he was active in the Men's Prayer Breakfast. He also attended South Lake Wales Church of God. He was a WWII Navy veteran.

Survivors include his wife, of Lake Wales, FL, 2 daughters: Rene (Rick) Filkens of Fort Wayne, Theresa (Joseph) Krizman of Syracuse, 2 step-daughters: Hali (Roger) Buhr of Fort Wayne, Autumn (Michael) Ballinger of Fremont, IN, 14 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 son: Lanny Fry, 1 daughter: Penne Brooks, 3 brothers and 2 sisters.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2007, at 11:00AM at the North Webster Church of God with Pastor Jeff Boyer officiating. Burial will be at the North Webster Cemetery, Mock Addition.

Memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
