Jeffrey D. Smith

Jeffrey D. Smith, 46, of Ligonier, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2007, at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne. He was bon on April 14, 1961, in Goshen, Indiana, to Eldon & Connie (Cripe) Smith.

Jeffrey resided at the Passages Group Home in Columbia City.

Survivors include his parents of Ligonier,a sister: Julie Reed of Cromwell and two brothers: Dave Smith of Ligonier and Tom Smith of Kendallville. He was preceded in death by a sillborn brother, Gary Smith.

Services will be held on Tuesday, August 28, 2007, at 11:00AM, at the Stones Hill Community Church, 151 West Stones Hill Road, Ligonier. Pastor Joey Nelson will officiate. Burial will be at the Oak Park Cemetery in Ligonier. Friends may call fro 4-8PM on Monday, August 27, 2007, at the church.
