Herman Hueni

Herman "Jack" Hueni, 70, of Bremen, passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2008, at Memorial Hospital in South Bend. He was born on July 17, 1937, in South Bend, Indiana, to Herman J. & Rosena (Zimmer) Hueni.

On August 20, 1960, he married Marlene Schweisberger. She survives.

Jack was the Director of Administration at Bremen Castings before retiring in 1998. He was a member of the Nappanee Missionary Church, a member of the Men for Missions, a 1955 Graduate of Bremen High School, a 1960 graduate of Indiana University where he was a member of the Delta Upsilon Fraternity. He served in the US Army Reserve.

Survivors include his Wife: Marlene of Bremen, 1 Daughter: Michelle (Ron) Grove of Bremen, 1 Son: Micah Hueni of Bremen, 3 Granddaughters: Lindsey and Bethany Groves of Bremen and Lana Hueni of Bremen, 2 Brothers: Robert (Letty) Hueni of Bremen, Herbert (Phyllis) Hueni of Osceola. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 Daughter: Kristi.

Services will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2008, at 10:00AM at the Nappanee Missionary Church, 70417 St. Rd 19, Nappanee, IN 46550. Pastor Dave Engbrecht will officiate. Burial will follow at the Bremen Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8PM Wednesday, at Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen.
