Ruth L. Hamman

Ruth L. Hamman, 92, of North Webster passed away Sunday, May 18, 2008 at Lakeland Rehabilitation Center in Milford. She was born on January 21, 1916, in Milford, IN, to Frank & Exie Grace (Rhodes) Ringler.

On September 4, 1937, she married Stanley Hamman Sr., he preceded her in death in 1968.

A lifetime area residen, Ruth retired from Syracuse Rubber Co. in 1984. She was a member of Syracuse Church of the Brethren.

Survivors include 1 Daughter: Mrs. Jay (Judy) Clutter of North Webster, 2 Granddaughters: Kennth (Cindy) Hamman of Warsaw, Barbara (Kevin) Marose of Warsaw, Daughter-in-law: Janet Hamman of Warsaw, 6 Great Grandchildren: Tyler & Justin Hamman; Emily Newland, Kyle, Ryan, and Katie Marose, 1 Great Great Grandchildren: Aiden Newland, several Nieces and Nephews. She was preceded in death by 1 Son, 1 Grandson, 3 Sisters & 4 Brothers.

Services will be held on Thursday, May 22, 2008, at 10:30AM, at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel. Pastor Robert Wyman will officiate. Burial will take place at North Webster Cemetery, Mock Addition. Friends may call on Wednesday, May 21, from 4-8PM at the funeral home.
