Helen M. Hollan

Helen M. Hollan, 61, of Bremen, passed away at her residence on Sunday, June 8, 2008. She was born on March 10, 1947, in Salyersville, KY, to David & Georgia (Church) Whitaker.

She married Edward Hollan on December 24, 1987.

Helen graduated from Penn High School in 1965 and attended the South Side Baptist Church in Mishawaka. She was a member of the Bremen VFW Post #8972.

Survivors include her Husband: Edward Hollan of Bremen, 2 Sons: Scott Calhoun of Bremen and Steve Cook of Bremen, 2 stepdaughters: Melissa Baughfam of Cape Canaveral, FL, and Tina Hollan of Logansport, 2 Brothers: Kenneth Whitaker of Bremen and Chuck Whitaker of Lakeville, 11 Grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Parents and 1 Sister: Joyce Long.

Services will be held at 1:00PM on Thursday, June 12, 2008, at Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen. Pastor Jeff Little will officiate. Burial will take place at Bremen Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8PM on Wednesday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the South Side Baptist Church in Mishawaka.
