Lenore Stump

Lenore Stump, 79, of Bremen passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at home. She was born February 7, 1934 to Gerald and Helen (Thys) Defauw in Mishawaka. Lenore graduated from Bremen High School and married Donald Stump on May 2, 1953; he passed in August of 2002. For 25 years, Lenore kept books for her husband’s construction business. She was an avid reader, and a good cook, who always had enough for that extra person her kids brought home. Lenore was a loving wife, mom, and grandma and will be missed by her family and friends.

Lenore is survived by her children, Michelle Stump, Teresa (Robert) Eberhart, and Gregory (Sharon) Stump, as well as, three grandchildren, Crystal Eberhart, Hayden Stump, and Jordan Stump.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a daughter, Dawn Stump.

All services in honor of Lenore will be private.
