Louise R. Keyser

Louise R. Keyser, 93, of Bremen passed away on Saturday, July 5, 2008 at the Bremen Health Care Center, Bremen. She was born July 3, 1915 in New Paris, Indiana to Jesse O. & Isceal (Stroup) Miller and has been a lifetime Bremen area resident.

She was married to Richard E. Keyser on August 25, 1930. He preceded her in death on January 23, 1980.

Louise worked for Ristance in Bremen for a number of years, was a member of Grace United Methodist Church in Bremen, helped in the nursery and sang in the choir there.


Survivors include 3 Daughters: Jeanette Korman of Niles, MI, Loretta Shrock of Bradenton, FL, Dori E. Keyser of New Paris, 3 Sons: Wayne R. Keyser of Union, MI, Warren Keyser of Seymour, Jack L. Keyser of Culver, 20 Grandchildren, 35 Great-Grandchildren, and 19 Great-great Grandchildren.


She was preceded in death by her husband, 3 Grandchildren, 1 Half-sister, and 1 Half-brother.


Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Grace United Methodist Church in Bremen and will be officiated by Pastor Bill Garver. Burial will take place at the Bremen Cemetery.


Visitation will be from 2 – 4 & 6 – 8 PM on Monday, July 7, 2008 at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen.

Memorials may be made to Grace United Methodist Church in Bremen or to Hospice of Marshall County.
