Sylvia Hernandez-Reavis

Sylvia Hernandez-Reavis, age 46, of Winona Lake, passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2005 at the Hospice House of Ft. Wayne. She as born on September 10, 1959, in Goshen, to Roland and Jane (Avalos) Hernandez.

A lifetime area resident, Sylvia was formerly employed at Veada Industries in New Paris and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

Survivors include her husband, Max Reavis of Winona Lake, 1 son: Robert Zuniga of Albion, Indiana, 3 daughters: Angelita (Rafael) Garcia of Akron, Michelle Ann Reavis of Warsaw, Ashley (Juan) Alonzo of Warsaw, her father: Roland Hernandez of Warsaw and 1 sister: Rose Marie Hernandez of Milford. She was preceded in death by her mother and 1 brother: Roland Hernandez, Jr.

Services will be held Wednesday, December 7, 2005, at 1:00PM, at the Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home in Milford. Father Paul Bueter will officiate. Burial will follow at the Milford Cemetery. Friends may call 2 hours prior to services, from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at the Funeral Home.
