Ida Troup

Ida T. Troup , 81, of Milford, passed away on Friday, August 29, 2008, at the Riverside Village Nursing Facility in Elkhart.


She was born March 17, 1927, in Passing-Munich , Germany, to Michael & Katrina Funk.

She married Dean T. Troup on October 7, 1948 and they moved to Milford in December of 1948. Dean survives.

Ida was retired from The Papers, Inc. in 1992, after a good many years and a member Grace Lutheran Church ELCA in Syracuse since 1952. She suffered with Alzheimer’s Disease for 14 years.

Survivors include her husband, In-laws, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister Teresa Kreusser.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM on Wednesday, September 3, 2008 at Grace Lutheran Church ELCA (206 E. Main, Syracuse ). Burial will be at Milford Cemetery.

Visitation is from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, September 2, 2008 at the Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Milford.
