Margaret Joan Wiley

Margaret Joan Wiley, 88, of Bremen passed away Sunday, August 3, 2014 at Hospice House in South Bend. She was born September 9, 1925 in Marion, IN to Pearl and Mary (Wimmer) Day. She married Charles Edwin Wiley who preceded her in death in 1992.

Joan graduated in 1943 from Marion High School. She later worked for Belgium Draft Horse Corporation in Wabash, IN. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Bremen, former president of Kappa Delta Phi, member of Eastern Star and Rebekahs.

Joan is survived by one daughter Becky (Don) Bell of Bourbon, IN, one son Thomas (Linda) Wiley of Anderson, IN, nine grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.

Funeral services will be held 10am Saturday, August 9, 2014 at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen. A graveside service will be held at 2pm Saturday in Grant Memorial Park in Marion, IN.

Friends may call Friday, August 8, 2014 from 4-8pm at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen.

Memorials may be given to the Hospice of Marshall County.
