Brantley R.Taylor of Bremen passed away on October 4, 2008 at his residence. He was born on November 10, 1929 to the late Daniel and Ella Taylor. On December 6, 1952 Brantley married Dorothy (Mitchell) who survives.
Brantley was a loving Husband, Father and Granfather. He retired from Bremen casting where he was a foreman. Brantley enjoyed volunteering his time at Saint Dominic Catholic Church and with the American Cross blood moblie. He liked driving the local elderly ladies to the Pines for lunch. Brantley could often be found in his shed spending time fixing things.
He is survived by his wife,Dorothy, eight children, Kim (Kent) Robert, Posey, IL, Krisiti Ballinger, Cleveland, OH, Mark (Kris) Taylor, Boston, MA, Diane Tyl, Columbus, OH, Greg (Jana) Taylor, Bremen, Marcia Taylor, Bloomington, Paul (Amy) Taylor, Nashville, TN, Mary (Daniel) Nikiel, Mephis, TN, and 15 grandchildren. He is also survived by three brothers, Richard (Cora Lou) Taylor, Ft Myers, FL, John David (Margaret) Taylor and Bob (Kathy) Taylor and one sister Pauline (Russ) Lotzenhiezer all from California.
Visitation for Brantley will be on Tuesday, OCtober 7, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the funeral home and from 10-11 am Wednesday, also at the funeral home.
Funeral services wiill be on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at 11 am at Saint Dominic Catholic Church with Father Polycarp Fernando officiating. Burial will be private.
