Jeanette J. Vice

Jeanette J. Vice, age 76, of Milford, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2006 at Elkhart General Hospital. She was born on November 9, 1929, in Ft. Wayne, Indiana, to John Joseph and Alice (Poinset) Smead.

A homemaker, Jeanette moved to Milford in 1974 and attended the Milford Apostolic Christian Church.

In 1950, she married Robert "Bob" Vice. He preceded in 1996.

Survivors include 1 son: David L. (Sherry) Vice of Goshen, 2 grandsons: David Jesse Vice and Shawn Matthew Vice of Goshen, 2 sisters: Emma Lindsey of Byron, Michigan, and Gloria Mussler of York, Pennsylvania. 2 brothers: John Smead of Fort Wayne and Alford Smead of York, Pennsylvania. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Bob, 2 sisters and 1 brother.

Services will be held Saturday, February 25, 2006, at 4:00PM at the Milford Apostolic Christian Church. Ministers of the Church will officiate. Burial will follow at the Milford Cemetery. Friends may call Friday, February 24, 2006, from 6:00-8:30PM at the Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall and 1 hour prior to services at the Church.

Memorials may be given to the Milford Apostolic Christian Church.
