Patricia Smith

March 16, 1940 — July 30, 2015

Patricia D. Smith, 75, of Bremen, passed away at 11:15 am, Thursday, July 30, 2015 in Signature Health Care of Bremen. Patricia was born on March 16, 1940, the daughter of the late Robert and Clara (Schooley) Parker.
She is survived by four children, Christie (Dean) Weldy of Bremen, Terry (Kelly) Smith of Tippecanoe, Vickie (Craig) Bradbury of Bremen and Tony (Krista) Smith of Bremen; 14 grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by siblings Jon (Luann) Parker of Silver Lake, IN, Steve (Karen) Parker of Noblesville, IN and Betty Price of Sarasota, FL as well as eight nieces and nephews, Blaine, Brenda, Marla, Chad, Darren, Andria, Zachary and Laura. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Dixie Bailey.
Patricia was a Registered Dietician and worked at the Bremen Hospital for several years. She then went on to work for Bornemann Products until her retirement. She loved to fish and enjoyed going on vacations. Most of all she loved to play cards with her friends at the V.F.W.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen.
A funeral service will be at 11 AM on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Bourbon.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Center for Hospice.
