Jack E. Borsodi

Jack E. Borsodi, 80, of Bremen, passed away at 11:37 pm, Tuesday, April 5, 2016 in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka. Jack was born on November 13, 1935, the son of the late Nicholas and Irene (Kovach) Borsodi. On June 6, 1958, he married Patricia Lula. She passed away on February 9, 2014. He is survived by four children; Karl (Barb) Borsodi of Mishawaka, Kevin (Karen) Borsodi of Osceola, Tammy Jaworski of Bremen and Terry Borsodi of Mishawaka; two grandchildren, Terry (Dani) Borsodi II and Tylor Borsodi and one great granddaughter, Lillian. He is also survived by seven siblings, Steve (Barbara) Borsodi of South Bend, Ella “Toots” Fredricks of South Bend, Robert (Marie) Borsodi of Niles, MI, Sue Jackson of Lansing, MI, Tim (Sandy) Borsodi of Mishawaka, Jerry (Ruth) Borsodi of Mishawaka and Nicholas (Kathi) Borsodi of Chandler, AZ. Jack proudly served his country in the U.S Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1957. He was a member of the Bremen VFW Post 8972/American Legion Post 191. He loved to go camping and fishing. There will be no services. His ashes will be buried in Bremen Cemetery at a later date. Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St. Rd. 331, Bremen is handling arrangements.
