Eloise Hinesley, age 85, of Syracuse, formerly of North Webster, passed away Thursday, March 30, 2006, at Miller's Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born in Rochester, Indiana, on September 14, 1920 to William & Unis (Darrah) Hanks.
On May 7, 1939, she married Vaughn L. Hinesley. He preceded November 1, 2005.
A lifelong North Webster resident. Eloise moved to Boyton Beach, Florida, in 1982. She returned to North Webster in June 1998. Eloise was co-owner of North Webster Concrete Products and Central Lakes Speedway in North Webster, with her husband Vaughn. In Florida she was a school cook for Palm Beach County.
She was also a member of Berean Baptist Church in West Palm Beach, FL, attended the Calvary Baptist Church in Oswego and North Webster Church of God. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, and a graduate of Rochester High School.
Survivors include 2 Daughters: Maralyn Hamilton of LaFayette, GA, Sharon Hinesley of North Webster, 1 Son: Aaron (Patti) Hinesley of Mt. Dora, FL, 5 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 2 extended daughters and 1 extended son. She was preceded in death by her parents, Husband: Vaughn, Daughter: Karon Hinesley-Shoda, Granddaughter: Therrian Hinesley-Freeman.
Services will be held Monday, April 3, 2006, at 10:00AM at the Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, in Syracuse. Dr. Rick Smith will officiate. Burial will follow at the North Webster Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-6PM Sunday at the funeral home.
