Marvin R. Schrock, 81, of Bremen, passed away at 9:00 am, Saturday, April 16, 2016 in Community Hospital of Bremen. Marvin was born on December 30, 1934, the son of the late Ruben and Anna (Yoder) Schrock. On October 24, 1964, he married Willodene “Billie’ Keifer. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Billie; three children, Linda Cribbs of Bremen, Vickie (Bud) Brant of Berrien Springs, MI, and Cindy Holbrook of Falkville, AL; nine grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and one great grandchild. He is also survived by four siblings, John (LeAnn) Schrock of Middlebury, Norma (Bob) Gregory of Bristol, LaVerda Simmons of Bradenton, FL, and Harold “Bud” (Rich) Schrock of Denver, CO. He is preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Patricia Kauffman. Marvin proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and was honorably discharged in 1959. He was co-owner of Supreme Structures in Mottville, MI for many years. He was a former member of the VFW and American Legion of Goshen and Avon Park, FL. Marvin was an avid NACSAR fan, especially of #48 Jimmie Johnson. Visitation will be held from 1:00-3:00 pm, Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St. Rd. 331, Bremen. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 pm, Wednesday in the funeral home. Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial to be made to Pet Refuge, 4626 S. Burnett Dr., South Bend, IN 46614 or American Cancer Society, 130 Red Coach Dr., Mishawaka, IN 46545.
