John E. Haines

John E. Haines, age 62, of Warsaw, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at his residence. He was born on May 18, 1943, in Warsaw, to Ora & Dorothy (Pease) Haines.

On November 22, 1978, he married Ruth E. Duncan. She survives.

After growing up in Milford and moving to Michigan, John returned to Milford in 1959. He was a retired Manufacturing Engineer from Chore Time Brock after 44 years of service. He was also a Milford Volunteer Fireman.

Survivors include his wife: Ruth, of Warsaw, 1 daughter: Tammy (Jim) Kraft of New Paris, 1 son: Kevin Haines of Milford, 2 stepsons: Jeff (Cindy) Duncan of Warsaw, Mike (Tasha) Duncan of Goshen, 5 grandchildren: Brandi (Troy) Warstler of Milford, Brett Haines of Milford, Cody Duncan of Warsaw, Logan Kraft of New Paris, Desiray Duncan of Goshen, 1 brother: Richard (Sharon) Haines of Warsaw, 6 nephews: Robert (Shawn) Haines, Todd (Paula) Haines, Troy Haines, Brian (Vicki) Haines, Mike Eitniear, Chris (Laura) Eitniear, 1 niece: Shelly (Art) Miller. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister: Donna.

Services will be held at 10:30AM, Saturday, April 8, 2006, at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home in Milford. Pastor Tim Sollenberger-Morphew will officiate. Burial will follow at the Milford Cemetery. Friends may call Friday, April 7, 2006, from 3-7PM at the Mishler Eastlund Funeral Home in Milford.
