Ward C. Molebash

Ward C. Molebash, age 94, of Bremen, passed away on Thursday, July 27, 2006, at the Community Hospital of Bremen. He was born on October 17, 1911, in Marshall County, Indiana, to Roy & Almira (Hauck) Molebash.

In May, 1934, he married Geneva Blanche Annis. She preceded him in 1975. He married Mary Jane Hahn in 1976, she preceded him on July 25, 2002.

A lifelong resident of Bremen, Ward owned Molebash Body Shop. He was a painter and refinished furniture. He also worked as a school bus driver. In his younger days, he worked for Studebaker in South Bend. Ward was also the Oldest Member of Grace United Methodist Church; since December 3, 1922, in Bremen.

Survivors include two sons: Allen (Alta) Molebash of Nappanee and Kirk (Rebecca) Molebash of Noblesville, Indiana. 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granchild survive. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife: Geneva Blanche Annis and his second wife: Mary Jane Hahn and a sister: Frances Vandermark.

Services will be held Monday, July 31, 2006, at 3:00PM, at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen. Reverend William Garver will officiate. Burial will be at the Bremen Cemetery. Friends may call from 1:00-3:00PM on Monday, July 31, 2006 (2 hours prior to the service), at the funeral home.
