Delores Marilyn Anderson

Delores Marilyn Anderson, age 79, of LaFontaine, Indiana, formerly of North Webster, passed away at Rolling Meadows Healthcare in LaFontaine on Wednesday, August 9, 2006. She was born in Madison County, Indiana, on February 4, 1927, to Morton Hill and Donna Alfreda (Clevenger) Gibson.

A live-in home health aide, Delores moved to the area in 1986, moving to Van Buren, Indiana, in 1999. She was also a member of the Van Buren United Methodist Church.

Survivors include 2 sons: Xen (Kristina) Anderson of Corunna, Indiana; R. Bruce (Carol) Anderson of Van Buren; 1 daughter: Laura (Jerry) Mort of Japan; 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers: Lloyd Gibson, Noel Gibson, and Eldon Gibson. She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister: LaVerta Andrews, 1 brother: Cletis Gibson.

Services will be held Saturday, August 12, 2006, at 2:00PM at the Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, in Syracuse. Burial will take place at the North Webster Cemetery. Friends may call 2 hours prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home.
