Danny Bowling, age 59, of Bremen, passed away on Sunday, August 20, 2006. He was born on October 7, 1946, in London, Kentucky, to Clayton Daniel, Jr. and Lucy Mae (Garland) Bowling.
On September 17, 1966, he married Mary Parks. She survives.
Moving to Bremen from London, Kentucky, in 1956, he worked in production for Holiday Rambler in Wakarusa and formerly worked for the Wyatt Grain & Feed Mill in Wyatt, Indiana. He was a member of the Nappanee Missionary Church. Danny enjoyed golfing and fox hunting. He was a member of the Fox Hunter's Association.
Survivors include his wife: Mary Bowling; his mother: Lucy Mae Bowling of Bremen. A son: Todd Bowling of Bremen and a daughter: Tracy (Jared) Bowling-Frederick of South Bend. Danny's daughter, Tracy, is expecting his first granddaughter, as well. Danny is also survived by his sister: Edna Martin of Bremen and 2 brothers: Roy (Karen) Bowling of Plymouth and Charles Bowling of Bremen. He was preceded in death by his father: Clayton, 4 brothers: Clifford, Ernest, Clayton, Jr. and Koley Bowling. Two infant sisters also preceded him in death.
Services will be held at 10:00AM on Thursday, August 24, 2006, at the Mishler-Funeral Home in Bremen. Burial will follow at Bremen Cemetery. Pastor Norm Reimer will officiate. Friends may call from 4-8PM on Wednesday, August 23, 2006, at the Mishler Funeral Home in Bremen.
