Alejandro Alvarado

April 8, 1998 — November 19, 2017

Alejandro Roman Alvarado, 19, of Bremen, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, November 19, 2017 in his home. Alejandro was born on April 8, 1998, the son of Jose Roman and Adrienne (Preston) Alvarado. Alejandro was a 2016 graduate of Bremen High School. He briefly played soccer and football, but wrestling was his passion. Alejandro also had many other interests, which included comics and cosplay. He was a huge Batman fan but particularly like the Joker and Harley Quinn. You will be forever missed.

No matter what Alex was going through he would always put everyone else first. We all have our interests, but Alex was the biggest geek I knew. He has spent $400 on comic books and collectibles. I can’t explain the pain I am going through; I lost a cousin or rather a brother. We were always together and I never thought I’d lose someone so close to me. Alex was always willing to go places with anyone who wanted or needed company. He never asked where we were going’ he just went along for the ride. A.R/E.R

No words can describe the way that we are all feeling. Alex was never afraid to express himself. No matter where he was or what he was doing, he was always himself. This was one of the many reasons why everyone enjoyed being around him. His presence lit up a room; and his quirky comments made us all laugh. M. G.

Whenever you are were with Alex, you never had a dull moment. His sense of humor could bring a smile to anyone. No matter what he was going through he would always put others first. Whenever I needed advise or help he was always there to give me his wise words. Alex was beyond wise. In my darkest days he was there to lift me up and make sure I was okay. Whenever you were with him he always made sure you were okay. He was always the first person to ask if you were okay. His personality was unique. He had a beautiful mind, was creative and intelligent. We lost a big part of ourselves. J.G.

It’s way too early to lose someone as special as Alex. Alex was always the type of person to put others before himself. Whenever someone was going through a tough time, he was always there to give amazing advice. Alex was a unique character, smart, courageous, and outgoing. Alex will be missed and the memories he gave us will forever be in our hearts. J.R.

Alejandro was widely referred to as a kind person. If there is anything he could do to help someone, especially family and friends, you better believe he’d do anything. Alejandro was also an intelligent individual. His intelligence shined through his writings and interactions. He had a great way of looking at things and was someone that always had on opinion on something and he wasn’t afraid to share it. He made such a big impact with everybody who knew him. He may not have known it, but he was a widely loved person. There will never be another Alejandro. From his sense of humor to his randomness, he was quite the unique character. Though you are gone, you will always live on through us. In our hearts and in our minds, you will never be forgotten. C.L.

He is survived by his parents; four siblings, Andrea M. Alvarado, Aaron D. Alvarado, Alyssa L. Alvarado and Abraham L.A. Alvarado, all of Bremen. He is also survived by maternal grandmother, Shannon Preston of Pierceton and paternal grandparents, Regino (Maria) Alvarado of Bremen, along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
