April L. Thomas

April Lee Thomas, a vibrant soul cherished for her adventurous spirit, passed away on April 27, 2025, in her hometown of Bremen, IN, where she first saw the world on April 14, 1985. A light of love and passion, April embraced life's journey with a free spirit, adoring art, music, nature, animals, and expressing herself through her tattoos. April leaves behind a loving family: her devoted mother, Dorothy "Dori" Thomas (Boschet); her father, James (Sandi) Thomas; her beloved daughter, Hailee Clyde; her caring sister, Audra (Matt) Blasio; her brother, Clayton (Brenda) Thomas; and her nieces, Aja and Nyla Blasio. She is reunited in passing with her maternal and paternal grandparents, who preceded her in death. Educated with some college, April's quest for knowledge was as boundless as her zest for life. Remembered for her spirited, passionate embrace of every moment, April's legacy will resonate through the hearts of all who knew her. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 6 p.m., at Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 SR-331, Bremen, IN 46506. Friends may visit with the family for two hours prior to the service. Inurnment will take place at Bremen Cemetery.
