Breaunna Kertai

BreAunna Rose Kertai, 30, of Bremen, went to be with the Lord at 12:33 pm, Wednesday, September 29, 2021 in Ft. Wayne Lutheran Hospital. Bre was born on August 22, 1991 in South Bend to Wade and Tracy (Smith) Kertai. Bre was a dedicated 5th grade teacher at Elm Road Elementary School, where she considered her students and co-workers part of her family. She was a member of Grace Fellowship in Bremen. Her heart and desire was helping children in any way possible, including fostering. Bre is survived by her parents, Wade and Tracy Kertai of Bremen; three children; Ty, Cheyanne and Gunnar; four siblings, Matthew (Allison) Kertai of Warsaw, James Kertai of Bremen, Anthony Kertai of Bremen and Nicholas Kertai of Bremen. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family members. A celebration of Bre’s life will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, October 9, 2021 in Grace Fellowship Church, 535 S. Birkey St., Bremen. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
