Donna Jean Marks

Donna Jean Marks, 68, of Bremen, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Friday, December 21, 2018.  Donna was born on June 4, 1950 in Mishawaka to Harry and Isabelle (Frye) Beechler.  She is survived by two children; Brian Marks of Bremen and Shelly (James) Gerschoffer of South Bend; two grandchildren, Brittney (Sara) Daugherty of Louisville, KY and Bethany (Matthieu) Daugherty of Bremen.  She is also survived by her father, Harry (Dolores) Beechler, Sr. of Mishawaka and siblings, James (Corina) Beechler of Buchanan, MI and Sandra (Rick) Holdren of Newark, OH.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Dean Marks, Jr., mother and siblings, Harry Beechler, Jr., Freda Reser, and Therisa Wolfe. Donna worked for Universal Bearings and was a member of Horizon Church of Bremen, where she taught English.  She loved to read and spend time with her family. Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 pm,  Wednesday, December 26, 2018 in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St. Rd. 331, Bremen.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, December 27, 2018 in the funeral home with one hour of visitation prior.  Cremation will follow.  Pastor Jim Morse will officiate.
