Douglas Tolle, Dds

Douglas K. Tolle, DDS, 56, of Bremen, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Franciscan Health. He was born on April 18, 1966 in Lafayette, IN to Lawrence D. and Alice R. (Shown) Tolle. On May 18, 1991 he married Kelly McFarlin. He is survived by his wife Kelly; daughter Brooke (Nate) Hinshaw; son Bryce Tolle; brother Scott Tolle; sister Kirstin Pietsch; and mom Alice “Bobbie” Tolle. He was preceded in death by his father Lawrence “Larry” Tolle. Doug “Dougie Fresh” was an Ironman World Champion Triathlete, pilot, enjoyed scuba diving, rock climbing, and CrossFit. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite. He was a loving husband, awesome dad, and a best friend to all. Visitation will be held from 10:00-2:00 pm, Saturday, October 15, 2022 in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St Rd 331, Bremen. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home.
