Eligio Gonzalez, 59, of Bremen, passed away at 2:29 am, Wednesday, January 21, 2026 in Northwest Health of Portage, IN. Eligio was born on March 15, 1966 in Jalisco, Mexico to Emigdio Gonzalez and Maria del Rosario Gallegos.

He is survived by three children: Cecilia, Jorge and Samuel Gonzalez and two grandchildren. He is also survived by eight siblings: Maria, Luz, Jaime, Ruti, Emigdio, Arnulfo, Ana and Elba.

Visitation will be held from 10:00-12:00 pm, Friday, January 30, 2026 in St. Dominic Catholic Church, 803 W. Bike St., Bremen. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12:00 noon on Friday in St. Dominic with Rev. Daniel Neizer celebrating. Burial will be in Bremen Cemetery.
