Harold "Dave" Rexstrew, Jr.

Harold “Dave” Rexstrew, Jr., 69, of Bremen, passed away at 3:57 pm, Friday, September 1, 2023 in Signature Health Care of Bremen.  Dave was born on January 18, 1954, the son of Harold and Verla (Beatty) Rexstrew.  On December 27, 1990 in Plymouth, he married Janice K. Shumaker.  She survives along with three stepchildren, Robert (Emily) Arndt, Corey (Ivy) Arndt and Joseph (Marcie) Arndt, all of Bremen; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  He is also survived by a sister, Charlotte (Matt) Ernsberger of Cape Coral, FL.  He is preceded in death by his parents and a daughter.  Dave worked for the town of Bremen in the Sewer Department.  Per his wishes, cremation will take place and his ashes will be buried in Sumption Prairie Cemetery, South Bend.
