James R. Ragland, 57, of New Lenox, IL, and spending summers in the family lake cottage at Lake of the Woods, passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 5, 2020. Jim was born on April 13, 1962, the son of John L. and Berniss Ragland. There will be no visitation or service at this time in part due to the coronavirus restrictios.
