Louise Glingle

Louise Glingle, 95, of Bourbon, went to be with the Lord at 6:15 pm, Sunday, October 15, 2023 at Community Hospital of Bremen.  Louise was born on April 4, 1928, the daughter of Charles and Goldie (Webb) Pletcher.  She married John Glingle on July 14, 1946.  He passed away on March 3, 2020. Louise is survived by four sons: Randy (Bobbie Jean) Glingle of Bremen, Rudy (Bobbie Jo) Glingle of Nappanee, Ryan (Julie) Glingle of Bremen and Kris Glingle of Bourbon; nine grandchildren, Shaun (Nicole) Glingle, Rance (Kelcey) Glingle, Darcy (Shawn) Smith, Tiffany Glingle-Smith, Josh (Ashley) Glingle, Krystal (Jon) Shafer, Jesse (Mallory) Glingle, Seth (Christine) Glingle and Spencer Glingle.  She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, baby son, two sisters and one brother. Louise graduated from Nappanee High School in 1946 and worked for Triton School Corporation for 25 years as a Teacher’s Aide.  She was a faithful wife and a devoted member of Bremen Missionary Church. Visitation will be held from 10:00-12:00 pm, Friday, October 20, 2023 in Bremen Missionary Church, 2958 Elm Rd., Bremen.  Funeral services will begin at 12:30 pm, in the church with Rev. Kurt Litwiller officiating.  Burial will follow in Bremen Cemetery.
