Margo Josie Hardy, 52, formerly of Bremen, passed away in her home September 25, 2024. Margo was born in Bremen on December 6, 1972 to the late Ricky ‘Rick’ Hardy and Cherryl L. (Bussanmas) Hardy. She is survived by her four children: Breann (Austin) Langdon, Tyler Felten, Bailey (Caleb) Walter, and Aydan Aukerman; her sister, Traci (Jay) Stoneburner; and her four grandchildren, Sadie, Will, Jayce, and Josiah. A dedicated CNA and caregiver to her father. Margo filled her life with love and compassion for those around her. She had a deep appreciation for music, particularly the timeless songs of Dolly Parton, and cherished moments spent indulging in bubble baths, wearing a cozy robe, enjoying good candles, and savoring delicious steak and lobster. Margo took immense pride in her children and grandchildren, often sharing stories about their accomplishments and joys. She loved to spend her days by the lake, basking in the sun with baby oil, and enjoying fireside evenings with a cold beer and music playing in the background. Her passion for animals, especially her many beloved cats, was a testament to her nurturing spirit. Margo will be deeply missed by all who loved her, though, we take comfort in knowing that she is now pain-free and reunited with her parents. We hope you remember her with fondness—by making French dip sandwiches, listening to Dolly Parton, embracing big hair, and sporting fake nails. Margo will be cremated, and her family plans to hold a celebration of life at the lake in summer 2025. She leaves behind a legacy of love, joy, and cherished memories that will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. Memorials may be made to the Marshall County Humane Society, 11165 13th Rd, Plymouth, IN 46563.
