Paul Wagers

Paul Douglas Wagers, 68, of LaPorte, passed away at 9:18 pm, Monday, November 8, 2021 in Signature Health Care of Bremen. Paul was born on March 17, 1953 in Knox to the late Homer and Josephine (Campbell) Wagers. He is survived by three children, Christina Wagers of Tucson, AZ, Jeremy (Nichole Criffield) Wagers of Bremen and Erin (Ashley “Bud) Watkins of Tucson, AZ; 10 grandchildren and six sibings, Jean (Bobby) Kawaguchi of Knox, Patty (Richard) Lambert of LaPorte, Thomas (Shanell) Wagers of Knox, Sandy Ferris of Knox, Vicki Runkle of Knox and Marcus (Susie) Wagers of Plymouth. He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Homer Ray and James. Paul proudly served his country in the U.S Army. He was the owner/operator of Paul’s Lift Truck Service. He loved to fish and watch NASCAR. Per his wishes, there will be no services at this time. Cremation will take place. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to be made to D.A.V. at www.dav.org
