Ruth Clementine Brown

Ruth Clementine Brown, 79, of Bremen, passed away at 11:32 pm, Friday, November 22, 2019 surrounded by her family and close friends after suffering from a long time battle with dementia.  She was known for her beautiful smile and giving heart.  She was born in Alabama and moved to Indiana in the late 50’s.  Ruth “Clem” as she was fondly known by many, is survived by her loving husband of 45 years, James A. Brown; sister, Barbara (Gary) Reed, brother-in-law, Justin (Nancy) Brown; her children, Judy (Tom) Turner, Cynthia Tatich, Pam (Ray) Brown, Sherry (Chris) Simmons, Kim (Andrew Pinter) Myers, Bobbi (Scott Flake) Snyder, Rob (Melissa) Brown, Leigh Brown and her best friend Thelma Quesenberry.  Also surviving are grandchildren; David (Jen) Turner, Yvonne Rocha, Jason (Andrea) Unsicker, Matthew (Jessica) Unsicker, Payne Tatich, Mika (Brandon) Stutzman, Mason and Cale Brown, Kailey Simmons, Dustyn Miller, Morgan and McKenna Myers, Carly and Tyler Snyder, Ashley (Pete) Cervantes, Whitney (Todd) Ellis, Brooklyn and Bria Brown, Nick (Carlea) Bragg, Brandon Bragg and her 17 great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her mother, Willard Kyles, father, William Jesse Homan, stepfather, Charles Kyles, mother and father-in-law, William and Bette Brown, sister, Willowdeen Miller, brother, Larry Homan, grandson, Thomas Turner, great grandson,Wesley Unsicker and friend, Dee Stewart. Visitation will be held from 3:30-7:30 pm, Tuesday, November 26, 2019 in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St Rd 331, Bremen.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Wednesday, November 27, 20196 in the funeral home with one hour of visitation prior.  Cremation will follow.  Pastor Jim Morse will officiate.
