Shirley Ann Miller, age 69, passed away peacefully and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at 6:32 am, Saturday, February 14, 2026.
Born on March 13, 1956 in Akron, OH to Loren and Clara Yoder, Shirley is survived by her husband Kenny, children Matt (Brita) Miller, Greg (Sarah) Miller, and Angie (Brad) Yoder, grandchildren Carson, Chloe, Bryce, Maclyn, Finnley, Bence & Grant, and siblings Denny Yoder, Eddie Yoder, Gail Hardy, Bonnie Jones, Tim Yoder and David Yoder. Shirley is preceded in death by her parents Loren and Clara Yoder and brothers Mark Yoder and Jerry Yoder.
Shirley chose a life of selflessness and pursued honoring the Lord by making sure others knew about Him. She served the local church faithfully with both clerical work and as the pianist for many years. Her support of the Bremen Bible Class was the highlight of her week and having her grandkids participate with her gave her so much purpose.
Through a life deeply committed to daily prayer and reading scripture she built and left a legacy of her kids, grandkids and many others pursuing Jesus, her greatest accomplishment. Shirley never boasted about accomplishments; she simply woke up every day to be in God’s Word and prayer and responded faithfully when given the opportunity to serve others.
Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 pm, Wednesday, February 18, 2026 in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St Rd 331, Bremen.
