Terry Greene

Terry Robert Greene, 73, of Plymouth, passed away at 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in Elkhart Hospice House. Terry was born on May 31, 1947 in LaPorte to the late C. Raymond and Ernestine (Cox) Greene. He is survived by his longtime close friend, Wanda Farrar, daughters; Jennifer Koczan and Kimberly A. Greene-Morton; sons, Henry Ankney, Greg Ankney, Danny Ankney, Duane (Jennifer) Greene and Patrick (Heather) Greene; brother Timothy Greene. He is also survived by several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews, including Sunday and John Rhoads, both of which were raised like his siblings. He is preceded in death by brothers, Guy Randell Greene and Charles "Rusty" Greene and sisters, Caroline (Norman) Rhoads and Kathleen (Ed) Tucker. Terry graduated from Plymouth High School and worked in maintenance at Parkview Hospital in Plymouth before retiring from Ancilla College. He was a member of the Marshall County EMA Advisory Council and was a fireman for the Newberg-Porter Township and an EMT for Walkerton. He was a Cub Master for Pack 212, Wood Lake Boy Scout Camp Manager and a volunteer at the Kiwanis Camp. Terry was also a member of the Marshall County Amateur Radio Club and lifetime member of the NRA. He was an avid storm chaser and a lifelong tinkerer and fixer. Per Terry's wishes cremation will take place and a gathering will be scheduled at a later date.
