Thomas A. Meiring

Thomas A. Meiring, 80, of Bremen, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022 in his home.  Tom was born on May 12, 1942 in Toledo, OH to Urban and Agnes (Schneider) Meiring.  On April 20, 1989, he married the former Roberta Diegel. He is survived by his loving wife, Roberta; daughter, Grace (Jim Sanders) Potter of Delta, OH; step children, Dennis (Patricia) Moran of South Dakota, Douglas (Dawn) Moran of West Palm Beach, FL, Sabrina (Kent) Rex of Plymouth and Priscilla (Justin) Quenan of Wakarusa; 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.  He is also survived by a sister, Mary (Bob) Zywer of Toledo, OH.  He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Marie Meiring and step children, Thomas Heffner and Steven Moran. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 pm, Friday, July 8, 2022 in Mishler Funeral Home, 2030 St Rd 331, Bremen.  Cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 605 S. Center, St., Bremen, IN 46506.
